Professional College at Kharkiv institute Private Joint-Stock Company “Higher Educational Institution “Interregional Academy of Personnel Management” was created to ensure at the level state standards educational, methodological , research and educational works with fundamental and professionally oriented disciplines, as well as study disciplines of the state component to obtain certificates of full general average educatio .

In its activities, the College is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, decisions, orders and instructions of the Academy and the Regulations on the Professional College at the Kharkiv Institute of PJSC “HEI “IAPM”.
One of the main priorities of the College is the selection and training of young people with certain business qualities, inclined to leadership, public and social work, and ensuring their professional orientation and development.
Professional College at Kharkiv institute PJSC “HEI “IAPM” will provide educational and professional services degree ” professional junior bachelor”.
The college has created cyclical committees on management and e-commerce and logistics.

The college staff is a formed team of like-minded people that has its own traditions and strives to improve its professional level, pedagogical skills, and general culture.
The main social functions of the Professional College at the Kharkiv Institute of PJSC “HEI “IAPM” are the training of highly qualified specialists adapted to the conditions of the labor market and market relations in the economy of Ukraine, as well as:
– comprehensive development of a person as an individual and the highest value of society, development of his talents, mental and physical abilities, education of students’ professional skills, interest in the chosen specialty;

For the first year of college are accepted citizens Ukraine with basic average education based on the results of entrance exams tests , or out of competition according to with conditions reception.
