– constant improvement of the methodology of teaching academic disciplines taking into account the development of educational technologies and constant changes in regulatory legal acts;

– orientation of training on relevant professional competencies: the ability to think analytically, objectively evaluate achievements in the field of the relevant educational program, logically and consciously prove one’s own position thanks to the knowledge gained, etc.;

– participation in scientific conferences, all-Ukrainian and international competitions in management and e-commerce;

– coordination by teachers of research and scientific work, independent and individual work of students;

– involvement of practicing teachers in teaching;

– improving the professional competence of teachers through internships, participation in research projects, online courses, etc.
