In language educational process in educational institutions there are state language ( Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Education “, Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring functioning Ukrainian language as the state language “). The state guarantees every citizen Ukraine has the right to obtain formal higher education state language in state and municipal educational institutions .
Establishments higher education provide mandatory study state languages in the amount that gives opportunity conduct professional activity in the selected industries with using state languages .
For persons belonging to indigenous peoples peoples , national minority Ukraine , foreigners and stateless persons are created proper conditions for studying state languages .
For persons with hearing impaired people are guaranteed the right to education gesture language and to study Ukrainian gesture languages . Teaching foreign languages in educational institutions is carried out appropriate foreign or state in the language . Basic legislative application requirements state languages in education process in educational institutions in Ukraine defined in Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring functioning Ukrainian language as the state language . has to be carried out education any forms : institutional ( full-time ( daytime , evening ), correspondence , distance , online ); individual ( external , family ( home ), pedagogical patronage, at work on-site (in production ); dual. Educational services are provided state in the language and with the help of networks Internet , television , radio , mail .
Possession state in the language employees educational institutions
To know and use the state language its during execution official responsibilities obliged : managers institutions education all forms of ownership ( part 1, paragraph 13, article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On ensuring functioning Ukrainian language as a state language “); pedagogical , scientific and pedagogical and scientific employees , except foreigners or stateless persons who invited to institutions education and/ or scientific institutions and work on a temporary basis on the basis of scientific , pedagogical , scientific – pedagogical workers or teachers foreign languages ( part 1, paragraph 14, article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On ensuring functioning Ukrainian language as a state language “).
