Scientific and pedagogical Activity : 16 years of teaching experience , Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Management of the Kharkiv State University institute PrJSC “VNZ “ Interregional ” Academy  Human Resources Management ” (IAPM) since 2019, Head of the Department of Management of the Kharkiv institute PrJSC “VNZ “ Interregional ” Academy  Human Resources Management (IAPM) since 2019.
 2014 – awarded PhD degree of economic sciences with specialty 08.00.04 – economics and management enterprises (Diploma of Candidate of Sciences DK No. 026252).
 Thesis topic – “ Management competitiveness centers machining enterprises power engineering ». Telepneva O.S. is the author of more than 25 scientific publications , regularly increases qualification .

General information about the department

The Department of Management exists since 2012. The department conducts systematic scientific work, teachers participate in scientific conferences and ” round tables”, have a research topic , publish results research , including in professional publications , manage student scientific work

The Department of Management prepares specialists branches : 07 Management and administration – specialties 073 Management,

The graduation department for specialties there is a department of management. At the department 6 scientific and pedagogical staff work employees , of whom: 1 – Doctor of Sciences, 4 – Candidates of Sciences. All workers departments have experience practical works in field administration , finance , economics , management and are engaged in scientific activity .

For the years 2021-2025 there was approved department-wide research topic research work (research) « Theoretical and methodological foundations of logistics activities production enterprises , teachers and gifted​ students have own scientific topic research . The department annually prepares Report with scientific activities .

The department provided Educational and methodological complexes with  disciplines , Internship programs , Methodological writing recommendations​ qualifying works , Methodical writing recommendations​ coursework and others written works . Educational and methodological materials ( working educational programs , methodical recommendations , etc. ) with disciplines Educational programs the first and second level​ higher education are kept at the department .

The term of study for a bachelor’s degree is 3 years and 10 months . Bachelors can be persons who: obtained full general average education , as well as individuals who obtained educational degree junior bachelor or educational and professional degree professional junior bachelor (OKR ” junior specialties ” ) and have fulfilled the Rules for admission to the Academy in the current year Master’s students study for 1 year and 6 months on the basis of Bachelor’s, Master’s and OCD specialist degrees from related industries knowledge / specialties and 2 years based on Bachelor’s, Master’s and OCD specialist degrees from unrelated industries knowledge / specialties .

The main task of the department is to provide academic preparation highly qualified specialists in in the fields of management and economics with necessary competencies, capable of to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field future professional activities , to conduct original independent scientific research oriented towards further​​ professional self-education.
